Modern East Asian Literature Research Cluster aims to facilitate collaboration and scholarly exchange among modern East Asian literature scholars within the Faculty of Arts, HKU. Our vision is to create a vibrant space for intellectual conversations and engagements focused primarily on literature across different Schools, especially the School of Modern Languages and Cultures, School of Chinese, School of Humanities, and the Society of Fellows. We would like to develop a communal space of discussion and intellectual exchange by facilitating invited talks, conferences, and group research projects.
